Order Timeline

CharmKeeper Designs handcrafts all products.  Most products are in stock and can be processed in under 3 days.  Oftentimes, orders process faster than that but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time.

Pre-Made vs. Personalized

Check a listing carefully to understand if a product is pre-made and ready to ship or if it is personalized and requires longer processing times.  Each listing’s “Product Details” will have the processing times needed for that product.

Handmade Disclaimer

The product(s) you receive will vary slightly from product pictures due to the nature of being 100% handmade.

Custom orders

If you would like to inquire about a completely custom product, please contact us. Depending on the request, we may or may not be able to accommodate the order but would love the opportunity to discuss with you.  Custom orders will require longer timeframes for designing, prototyping, and processing.

Care Instructions

Take care of your new item(s) by following these care instructions:

  1. Although polymer clay is hardened when baked/cured, there will be some “bend” to thinner pieces that can break when bent too far or abused in any way. Therefore, please ensure items are treated with care to avoid breakage or damage.
  2. Store items in a safe place and do not place heavy objects on or around the product as such objects could break thinner pieces of cured clay.
  3. Do not drop on hard surfaces.
  4. Do not try to separate the clay from metal attachments (bottle stoppers, eye pins, stir rods, etc.) as the clay is permanently attached and may crack if pressure is exerted.
  5. To clean, use a soft damp cloth and gently wipe off dirt, smudges, etc. A small soft brush and water can be used to get into tight areas. Do not place items in a dishwasher or submerge in water. Avoid using any chemicals or abrasive products. Do not scrub.
  6. Charms with magnetic connectors use strong rare earth magnets. Extreme care should be taken to gently place the charm and magnetic clasp on either side of the glass. DO NOT SNAP MAGNETS ONTO GLASSWARE as it could crack the glass.
  7. Keep items out of reach of children and pets. Polymer clay is toxic and smaller pieces can cause choking if swallowed.


CharmKeeper Designs ships domestically and internationally through USPS.

CharmKeeper Designs is not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping.  These charges come from your country during importation of your package.

Cost calculations

We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout according to the total weight of your order.  Domestic orders of $75.00 or more qualify for free shipping.


Selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. 

Return Policy

Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.

Any item not in its original condition or that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for returns. 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 days of approval.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, check with your bank and/or  contact your credit card company.  It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded.  Unfortunately, sale items do not qualify for refunds.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need a replacement item, send us an email at cs@charmkeeperdesigns.com and we will give instructions on where to ship the item.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.  If you are shipping an items with total worth over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
